The person behind the work

15 years of strategy.
3 years of going all-in on AI.

I started my career at BBDO Moscow — one of the world's top creative agencies. Over the next 15 years I moved through global media networks: GroupM, Havas, Media Instinct Group. I built strategies, ran analytics, consulted CMOs and taught marketing at HSE.

Then I decided to push further. I completed two certificate programs at UC Berkeley Extension — studying at 3 AM from Montenegro, working full-time. It sharpened how I think about data, strategy and business impact. UC Berkeley Extension published my story under the title "Turning Data Into Strategy."

For the last three years I have been deeply integrating AI into every part of my work — research, analytics, reporting, strategy development. Not experimenting. Building systems. The result: significantly faster output, higher quality of decisions, and a completely different scale of what one person can deliver.

That is what I now bring to small businesses — the strategic thinking of a large agency, the speed and leverage of AI, and the clarity that comes from 15 years of doing this for real.
